A vote was taken at a special meeting that took place on May 30th 2022 adding a special assessment towards each unit, this vote was passed with a unanimous decision. This special assessment will be invoiced from July's assessment - December assessment. A 2 bedroom unit will be charged $50.00/per month and a 1 bedroom unit will be charged $33.33/per month.  As you all may know inflation has hit hard all around the country especially in any and all building/construction. We find that we will not be able to meet the schedule for replacing the roofs, which expires in 2 and a half years. Therefore it was upon careful consideration of the board to levy a special assessment. This is not considered a capitol improvement or assessing for amenities, but for the reserves needs in accordance to IAW FS 720 and our governing documents. The roofs will be replaced with the same style and design as what we have currently.
